Description

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITIONResponsible for timely communicating with Franklin Water Treatment customers in assessing their water treatment and/or water filtration needs and help resolve issues related to service, installation and/or deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively engage customers in-person or via telephone or email to assist with:
  • Determine water treatment and water filtration needs, including conducting water tests, as applicable.
  • Process customer purchases and schedule service, installation, and/or delivery orders.
• Provide basic technical support for customers.
• Provide basic technical support of water treatment and/or water filtration systems.
• Organize workflow to meet customer timeframes.
• Utilize the Company's relationship management toolset to facilitate and support the customers' business requirements and their customer needs.
• Perform other related duties as required or assigned.

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills, including interpersonal and communication skills.
• Effectively communicates information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, the general public, and other employees of the organization.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized and work under pressure; organize work and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations.

Education and Experience

• Equivalent of four years of high school
• One to three years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)

Computer Skills

• Microsoft Office
• Service Titan

  • Regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
  • Occasionally required to stand and walk.
