Job Description

The Customer Relations Associate is responsible for driving customer engagement, business adoption and long-term value creation for Payoneer’s customers.

This role combines customer success, account management, and sales execution, working closely with internal teams to deliver business growth while ensuring excellent customer experience.

Qualification requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above and English CET-4
  • 2+ years experience in sales, customer success, or account management
  • Strong understanding of sales planning, customer engagement, and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills with sensitivity to market trends and customer needs
  • Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Experience in cross-border e-commerce, fintech, or payments industry is a plus
