• Meeting with potential customers
• Marketing, sales, and customer service
• Handling subsequent consumer inquiries

• Cross-selling or upselling where necessary
• Clarifying current needs and wants with customers and determining their telecommunication solutions based on client offerings and capacities 
• Contributing to an awesome working environment and team culture
• Team Leading - training, organizing team events, managing merchandise and materials for the team, motivating and helping team members hit targets
