The America's headquarters located in Fort Mill, South Carolina is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Customer Relations Representative to join our Passenger and Light Truck, Customer Relations group! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

THE POSITION
• Represent Continental as first point of contact for Consumers and Dealers with inquiries• Follow established procedures to provide correct answers. Typical questions are focused on warranty, product availability and product information• Establish and Maintain a working relationship with our Tire Dealers and New Vehicle Dealers by explaining, educating, and informing them on all elements of the Continental and General Brand warranties• Become knowledgeable and proficient about external customers, procedures, and warranties to negotiate and resolve inquiries with Customers and Dealers regarding different possible issues

Job Requirements
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent• Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future, for this job opening
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Fluent in French and English• Microsoft Office experience • SAP experience • Customer service experience• Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
