DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Showcase and sell products while meeting customer needs and exceeding customer expectations
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by organizing daily work schedule
- Develop leads, follow-up on quotes, close sales, and foster customer relationships
- Advise customers which products are best for their needs
- Achieve sales targets
- Complete contracts with customers as applicable
- Monitor competitive pricing and products, and keep management informed
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management
- Maintain product knowledge through training and hands-on opportunities and by studying vendor literature
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the companyβs discretion
- This position is required to work in a busy office environment
- While performing duties of this job, the employee may be exposed in plant area to moving mechanical parts with risk of injury and risk of electrical shock
- The noise level in the plant environment is usually loud
- Perform all duties in a safe and efficient manner according to company and OSHA safety guidelines
- Wear the proper protective equipment as required

- High School Graduate or General Education Degree required
- BA/BS University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred
- Five yearsβ experience in sales and/or marketing required. Five years of industry sales experience preferred
- Standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping, crouching, color determination, near acuity, speaking, listening
