Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) at DISA HQ in Fort Meade, MD.

As a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), you will be responsible for serving as the on-site DISA Customer liaison for GDIT at the DISA HQ Complex in Fort Meade, MD. You will support the nurturing of GDIT's DISA Account, developing Customer relationships, monitoring ongoing Program operations and fostering GDIT's Account initiatives. You will be responsible for serving as the onsite client liaison for GDIT's DISA Portfolio to provide integrated support services to DISA clients at Ft. Meade, MD. This role works closely in coordination with different senior internal and external senior stakeholders. This is an important position that maintains and builds strong relationships among stakeholders to provide a high level of service and customer satisfaction to boost Account performance and expansion. You will help develop expansion plans, apply business concepts, participate in strategic discussions, and other activities that maximize customer value and invigorate growth while differentiating GDIT from competitors in the marketplace. This is an opportunity for someone with the right combination of interpersonal, technical, business, communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and leadership skills to promote a productive and positive experience with customers to ensure high quality support and drive expansion for varying needs. This position will also be the senior site POC to resolve or coordinate escalated issues for both the client and GDIT personnel on-site related to the ICAM program.

HOW A CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Prioritize customer service and foster positive relationships
  • Track account management opportunities
  • Prepare reports and review with senior leadership as requested
  • Support expansion activities
  • Help assure high quality of program products, services, and deliverables, including participating in reviews, and site visits
  • Help organize customer-business activities
  • Support the successful completion of program-level opportunities including technical, financial, and business development activities
  • Execute other CRM related tasks as assigned

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED - REQUIRES:

  • CLEARANCE: Active DoD SECRET clearance, and willingness/ability to obtain a TOP SECRET clearance
  • EDUCATION: BA/BS or equivalent
  • YEAR'S EXPERIENCE: 15+ years of experience
  • TECHNICAL SKILLS:
  • ----- Experience in customer service, marketing, or a related field in the technology industry.
  • ----- Strong knowledge of U.S. DoD culture

The likely salary range for this position is $153,000 - $207,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
