We are pleased to present a new opening to the market for a Customer Relationship Specialist to join Envoy Global, Inc. on a full time, permanent basis - working remotely from home, within the US.
As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS), you are a critical team member of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of our 'Enterprise' customers. Attention to detail, fast action, rapid problem-solving, and a 100% customer-first mindset are critical to success in this role.

Salary Range (Min to Max):
$44,000 Base + 10% Bonus to $55K Base + 10% Bonus

As a Customer Relationship Specialist (CRS), you are a critical team member of our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) team. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day needs of our 'Enterprise' customers. Attention to detail, fast action, rapid problem-solving, and a 100% customer-first mindset are critical to success in this role.
As our CRS, you will be required to:
- Open cases for enterprise customers as requested by the client and the CRM team
- Assist with foreign national and employer onboarding
- Compile weekly report of FN detractors and notifying CRM/GIA of issues or themes
- Complete strategic enterprise projects as needed
- Become an expert at checking and finalizing immigration questionnaires by reviewing past cases and/or documentation
- Run reporting as requested by the CRM team - and become a strong contributor regarding formatting, V-Lookups, etc.
- Schedule meetings/attorney calls as required
- Proactively think and problem-solve issues as they arise, or improvements as you recognize an opportunity
- Share knowledge of MS Excel reports/findings within CRM team meetings

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an excellent ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Excellent ability to explain highly complex topics in a manner that anyone can understand
