Job Description

The Houston Chronicle is seeking a Customer Retention Representative to work directly with our subscribers focusing on customer satisfaction. You will be managing payments, preventing cancellations, and overseeing delivery issues in a fast-paced environment with the potential to earn commission. This position has flexible, part-time hours.

Looking for proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, experience in telemarketing or customer service a plus, and the ability to work late afternoons and early evenings.
