As a Customer Sales Specialist at FreeUp Storage, you will be pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maximizing customer satisfaction. You will utilize your strong virtual sales experience through video and chat to create meaningful and lasting impressions on customers. Active listening, follow-up, and exceptional sales ability are essential in this role, as you provide superior customer service to new and existing tenants.

  • Respond to all virtual customer inquiries within seconds using top-shelf tech tools.
  • 75%+ conversion rate of autopay and customer protection plans.
  • Receive 50+ Google reviews per month.

Job Duties and Objectives

  • Drive conversion rate and budgeted monthly move-ins across the FreeUp Storage portfolio through systematic lead follow-up and point-of-sale rentals via phone and virtual counter interactions
  • Offer exceptional customer care to current tenants, guaranteeing continued patronage and sustained monthly revenue for FreeUp Storage
  • Enhance revenue by reviewing new rental accounts to ensure compliance with mandatory monthly fees and/or insurance enrollment
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and drive results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Daily managing of FreeUp Storage leads including regular follow-up and updating of key information in open lead accounts, and conversion of leads to rentals
  • Daily managing of emails and inquiries to ensure timely communication and response with open leads and existing tenants

  • Sales Acumen - Proficiency in sales techniques, including prospecting, qualifying leads, overcoming objections, and closing sales. A strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Resilience - Resilience to handle rejection, overcome setbacks, and maintain motivation in a virtual sales role. Ability to stay positive and persistent in pursuit of sales targets and objectives.
  • Product Knowledge - Comprehensive understanding of the company's products, services, pricing, and promotions. Ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers and address inquiries with accuracy and confidence.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years in a customer service sales role.
  • Previous experience in sales, real estate leasing, retail, or customer service is highly beneficial.
  • Candidates should have a solid understanding of sales techniques, such as qualifying leads, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Benefits

$50,000 - $60,000 per year. Salaried position with commission. This is an in office position with potential for Saturday work.
