Job Responsibilities:
1.负责商户平台信息的查询、变更，能够及时发现客户问题并给到正确和满意的回复；
2.受理及主动电话客户，对机具维护问题和及时进行收集和回馈；
3.与客户建立良好的联系，熟悉及挖掘客户需求，并对客户进行系统的应用培训；
4.具备处理问题、安排进展、跟进进程、沟通及疑难问题服务的意识跟能力，最大限度的提高客户满意度。遇到不能解决的问题按流程提交相关人员或主管处理，并跟踪进展直至解决；

5.不断学习、提高自身各项业务和技能；
6.完成领导交办的其他任务。

Job Requirements:
1.大专及以上学历，两年以上工作经验，有电话销售经验或电话客服者优先考虑；
2.具备良好的人际沟通能力, 思路清晰，口齿清晰、开朗自信,富有亲和力
3.诚实敬业，有责任感，良好的客户服务意识
4.能够熟练使用常用办公软件(Word, Excel)
5.英语水平需要有良好的读写能力
