*Please note these positions will be located in our offices in downtown Cincinnati. We are offering several schedules as our operating hours are 7:00 am - 9:00 pm, 7 days a week. There may be weekend work required.

- A starting hourly rate between $23 to $28 depending on experience

- Provide superior service to our members who call and need information or assistance.
- Answer incoming calls/emails/chats from our members.
- Build relationships with our members by listening to their needs and providing the needed information specifically in the HEALTH, WEALTH, WELL BEING and DAILY LIVING areas.
- Have a high school diploma/GED required/associates/bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 year of customer service experience
- Have effective communication skills both written and oral
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask in several websites and programs
- Ability to be empathetic and work with senior citizens
