Job is Remote / Work From Home

Sell our Bear Sleep Products to customers using detailed product and industry knowledge
-
Provide swift and thorough solutions for customers any time a delivery, transaction or general experience with our products doesn’t go 100% as planned
-
Be overly accommodating to customers with 5-star quality service and correspondence that exceeds expectations
-
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
-
Become and act as a subject matter expert in our sleep products and our logistics
-
Work closely with customers, pickup organizations and charities to schedule return pickups
-
Follow up with abandoned cart orders by calling or emailing customers

Support the operations and logistics team in making sure products are received by customers in a timely manner

Experience in sales and customer service

The ability to offer our customers an extraordinary and energetic customer experience filled with empathy and compassion

A “no task is too small” attitude and the endurance to consistently deliver amazing customer experiences without exception

Superior written and oral communication skills

Strong people skills — you are friendly, a good listener, and you’re invigorated by constant personal interaction

Detail-oriented and highly organized
