Where you fit in
  • TheCustomer Service Analystwill assist providers, members and payers with information relating to benefits and member claim status
  • Adjudicate claims received from Encore's network affiliates, hospitals, physicians and non-participating providers
  • Assist in investigating and resolving claims issues from members, providers and payors.

Your exceptional skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Proficient in software applications including Microsoft Outlook, Access, Word and Excel
  • Understanding of health insurance and managed care
  • Knowledge of physician office billing and reimbursement
  • Ability to remain calm and objective in stressful situations
  • Ability to analyze an issue and proceed accordingly in conducting research

Your exceptional qualifications
  • Minimum of two to three years of experience in healthcare, managed care, and/or customer service
  • Requires experience in repricing, and provider data entry preferred
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Associate degree preferred
