Customer Service Assistant

We work with nationally recognized telecommunication companies in the local Fresno area. Through our partnerships, we have been able to help grow the business of our clients while growing our own as well. We offer the unique opportunity to every one of our Customer Service Assistant’s to receive in-house training starting at ground level and extending through leadership and management training. 

What does it take to handle customer questions and concerns? Courtesy, professionalism, and product knowledge. The goal? Help customers and provide them with solutions. We’ll get you started by providing on-the-job training and resources. On our team, you’ll be an important part of shaping our customer experience – from setting up new accounts to answering questions and actively listening for opportunities to expand and deliver great services. 

As our Customer Service Assistant, you will learn:

• All client product knowledge to know to answer customer questions directy face to face
• The sales cycle and how to complete customer sales
• Personal development habits
• How to take your communication skills to the next level
• How to coach and train others
• Other managerial responsibilities may be assigned

Requirements of the Customer Service Assistant:

• No prior knowledge of this campaign’s field is required
• High school diploma or GED equivalent is not a requirement but is a plus
• 0-1 years of experience working in customer service, retail, or hospitality
• A student mentality and willingness to learn
• Must be passionate about working with others 
• Ability to work individually or as part of a team
• A drive for professional growth
