Customer Service Assistant
Job Description
We are leading the consulting industry in providing quality sales, marketing, and customer satisfaction solutions. We have put together an efficient program to develop our entry-level Customer Service Assistants into Senior Managers in our client projects.
Customer Service Assistants lead our team in engagement, discovery, and solutions by engaging with community members and employing their problem-solving skills to provide the most knowledgeable customer service.
Customer Service Assistant Position Description:
- Train on customer service and sales solutions and master our outreach methods
- Meet directly with customers and provide product recommendations, answer questions, and process sales orders
- Build genuine relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Keep detailed reports on all customer interactions including order requests, customer complaints, and referrals
- Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all available products and services as well as industry trends to keep an edge against competition
- Develop leadership and team development skills as a Customer Service Assistant by working with Senior Level Managers
Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Customer Service Assistants will develop skills in:
- Customer Service and Relations
- Sales
- Brand Development
- Consulting
- Territory Management
- Telecommunications and Technology Services
- Interviewing
- Acting as a Liaison with Clientele
- Direct Customer Service/Sales
Our ideal qualifications for a Customer Service Assistant are:
- High school degree is required
- Bachelors degree is highly preferred
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, or a related field
- Excellent interpersonal, research, and training skills
- Strong Student Mentality and willingness to learn and grow in a team environment
- Grace under pressure and good judgment in sensitive situations
- Can achieve both individual and collaborative goals through time management, discipline, and organization with other Customer Service Assistants and executive team members
- Exhibits professional and personal communication skills, whether it is within the office or speaking with customers
