Job Description
Provide customer support to our internal customers and dealer network. Assist the field sales team with customer service requests. Work closely with our manufacturing and scheduling operations to ensure timely delivery of products to end users. Also, assist our customer service team to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
- Order Processing of Internal customer orders
- Serve as a backup CSR for other product lines as needed
- Identify, research, and resolve issues in JDE
- Provide customs invoices for international shipments
- Generate monthly Penske report
- Develop standard work
- Consolidate and standardize shipment reports for our Athens and Jefferson location
Qualifications
- High School diploma required, Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred
- 5-10 years experience in customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience using JDE, Transcentral, SAP, and Salesforce
- Extremely detail-oriented
