Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:• Perform any and all duties as assigned by management including, but not limited to:

copy/print/scan mailroom and hospitality• Must become familiar with a variety of copy and print equipment to perform first-level troubleshooting• Perform basic preventive maintenance on copiers and printers• Respond to customer requests for service and/or supplies (paper jams, toner replacement, color calibration, paper tray refills, etc.)• Contact equipment providers for service as necessary• Reproduce, print, and scan documents using digital copiers and quality check output• Prepare materials for mailing: apply postage, stage items for shipment or collection, distribute items as needed, and generate manifest reports• Log, sort and deliver incoming mail, FedEx, UPS, etc.• Cross-train in hospitality/catering support• Perform all tasks, to prepare conference rooms per customer requests• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a production environment• Take direction and fulfill other duties as assigned by the leadership team• Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail is critical in this role• Adhere to all safety procedures

Required Qualifications:• Customer service related experience a plus• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team friendly environment• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously• Strong organizational skills• Ability to meet employer's attendance policy• Computer proficiency in PC environment, you will have your own dedicated PC and desk• Ability to adhere to company policies and procedures• Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 60 lbs. or the maximum allowed by current State Law with or without accommodations• Must be able to stand, and/or walk for long periods of time with or without accommodations• • High school diploma or equivalent
