You will serve as a key point of contact, handling inbound calls with empathy while helping individuals manage sensitive medical, insurance, and medication-related needs. The position requires a strong balance of emotional intelligence and operational accuracy, as you coordinate closely with patients, physicians, and internal teams. You will play an essential role in ensuring timely follow-up, seamless coordination of care, and accurate data entry across multiple systems. Accountabilities:
- Handle inbound patient calls with empathy, professionalism, and active listening to understand fertility-related needs and concerns.
- Coordinate with physicians and internal teams to support fertility treatment plans, medication workflows, and patient care processes.
- Accurately collect, verify, and enter patient information including insurance, shipping, and payment details across multiple systems.
- Ensure consistent follow-up on customer inquiries and issues to maintain a high-quality, end-to-end patient experience.
- Escalate complex cases or claims to specialized teams when additional review or intervention is required.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while multitasking across platforms and managing high volumes of patient interactions.
- Support operational efficiency by ensuring accurate documentation and timely completion of tasks.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly empathetic, patient-focused mindset with the ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
- Strong organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general computer literacy.

- Hourly pay range: $17.75 – $19.00 USD, depending on experience and location.
