Customer Service Associate

Primary Duties:

• Professionally representing our firms and our clients
• Generating new customer base while retaining current customers
• Presenting promotions while demonstrating outstanding product knowledge
• Assisting customers in the purchase of products and services
• Building relationships and establishing rapport with consumers
• Training and mentoring new hires upon completion of training program

Education Level:

• BA/BS preferred
