Customer Service Associate

Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and be comfortable handling transactions at the cash register. Responsibilities - Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience - Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register - Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions - Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Utilize upselling techniques to increase sales revenue - Maintain a clean and organized checkout area - Answer customer inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email - Handle returns and exchanges following company policies Qualifications - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members - Proficiency in retail math for handling transactions and providing change - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus - Bilingual proficiency is advantageous but not required - Basic math skills for calculating totals, discounts, and change accurately Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.93 - $16.80 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week Shift: • 4 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift • Morning shift • Night shift Work Location: In person
