Starting Pay: $27/hour
We’re hiring aCustomer Service Associatewho enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making sure every customer has a smooth and positive experience. You don’t need years of experience—what matters most is your ability to stay organized, communicate clearly, and work well with both customers and team members.What You’ll Be Doing:

Assist customers via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and clarity
•
Help resolve issues related to orders, accounts, payments, or product use
•
Accurately record customer interactions in systems like Zendesk or Salesforce
•
Collaborate with teams such as Operations, Product, or Finance to solve complex problems
•
Spot recurring issues and suggest ways to improve processes
•
Follow up on open cases and ensure timely, accurate resolutions
•
Share feedback to help us continually improve the customer experienceWhat We’re Looking For:
