Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Responsibilities • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns. • Provide accurate information regarding products and services while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. • Process transactions, including cash handling, efficiently and accurately. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our computerized system. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve overall customer experience. • Utilize phone etiquette to ensure professionalism during all interactions. • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products based on customer needs. Skills • Strong verbal communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. • Experience in outbound calling is highly desirable. • Proficiency in cash handling and basic sales techniques. • Excellent phone etiquette to create a welcoming environment for customers. • Familiarity with computerized systems for record keeping and data entry. • A commitment to delivering outstanding client services with a positive attitude. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
