Customer Service Gate Agent
Job Description
Responsible for processing passengers and their baggage at Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL Air Mobility Command Air Passenger Terminal. Position requires use of automated and non-automated systems. Responsible for funds handling/accountability. Performs passenger briefings as required for safety and travel requirements. Fluent English reading and writing skills to be able to read and understand guidance for day-to-day work requirements. Must pass extensive background check. Must be able to obtain and maintain Department of Defense security clearance. Must be drug free. Prior experience as a gate agent working with passengers and other traveling customers a plus. Will need to meet in person for interview.
