Customer Service & Loan Specialist

As a Customer Service & Loan Specialist, you will be the face of the company, interacting daily with our customers both in-person and over the phone. In our small team environment, each person plays an important role in the company's success, supporting customers within the community in problem-solving and providing solutions to their financial needs. Customer Service & Loan Specialist Job: • Assess customer’s loan needs and provide valuable solutions. • Process new loans and manage communication regarding account status. • Assist with account management and recovery processes, including collection calls. • Work closely with other team members and Manager to obtain branch goals • Provide excellent customer service to our customers in person and over the phone • Maintain compliance with policies and procedures • Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch. • Educate customers on all product offerings through the cycle of their financial transactions, including our tax services.
