We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Professional to join our team. Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels including phone and on-site face-to-face interaction.
• Handle processing claims for customers with professionalism and courtesy on the phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring accurate information is provided.
• Analyze customer needs for install and scheduling while offering appropriate solutions or escalating issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service experience and resolve complex issues.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while representing our client, Nuvision Auto Glass.
What we're looking for
• Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., restaurant, hospitality, or customer service) is a bonus—but not required!
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Ability to analyze situations quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Previous sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Outstanding time management and organizational skills to handle multiple accounts with ease.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per week
