Our customer is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator with a strong understanding of the sign
and printing manufacturing industry for immediate hire.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and manage outgoing/incoming communications
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Order and manage inventory
• Track job orders, deadlines, proof approvals, deliveries, and permit status
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
• Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Support payroll operationsRequired Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
• 3 + years of office administration experience, background in signage, print or construction preferred
• Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with logistics coordination, permitting, or job site scheduling a plus
• Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
