Our customer is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator with a strong understanding of the sign
and printing manufacturing industry for immediate hire.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
β’ Greet visitors and manage outgoing/incoming communications
β’ Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
β’ Order and manage inventory
β’ Track job orders, deadlines, proof approvals, deliveries, and permit status
β’ Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
β’ Work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
β’ Support payroll operationsRequired Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
β’ 3 + years of office administration experience, background in signage, print or construction preferred
β’ Proficient computer skills; Microsoft Office Suite
β’ Familiarity with logistics coordination, permitting, or job site scheduling a plus
β’ Communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
