Our logistics client is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. The individual in this role will identifying and generating marketing qualified sales leads.

Location: Roselle/Remote

Compensation: $45-57K based on experience

Job Description:

• Providing excellent customer service to carriers, customers, and vendors
• Communicating via phone and emails to solve issues or questions with customers, clients, and vendors
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers, carriers, RIM employees and overseas partners
• Booking & shipping through a CRM
• Scheduling and arranging bookings
• Track & Tracing
• Data entry into Cargowise
• This role will have many promotional opportunities
