Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage applicable department of operation
• Assist in daily responsibilities described in CSA job description
• Assists TL in managing time off and daily schedules
• Assists TL in managing of supply/paper ordering and inventory
• Assist TL to coordinate customer moves and providing customer information for updating tracking system
• Mentor, develop and lead employees
• Provide and schedule training for employees and follow up on the progress
• Personal development
• Responsible for maintaining accurate business records, daily counts, logs and volumes
• Responsible for maintaining required reports and providing to management in a timely manner:

Ø Metric report

Ø Non-conformance report

Ø Incoming checks report

Ø Inbound USPS report

Ø Faxing report

Ø PO Box report

Ø Postage reports

Ø Return mail report

Ø Special letter handling report

Ø SU Tax letter report

Ø Toner report

Ø TRCW copy paper report

Ø Vehicle reports
