We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and concerns
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and notes
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and process orders
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to ensure positive customer interactions
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.90 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
