Hanzo is Hiring!!

We are seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team!

• Part Time (Monday - Thursday)
• Answering a high volume of phone calls, emails and texts
• Customer & Sales Rep Support
• Bilingual a plus but not a requirement
• Handle customer inquiries
• Provide information about the products and services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

• Excellent phone skills
• Organizational skills
• Punctuality! Be a little early.
• Honesty
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
