*This role is hybrid with 2 days in office, 3 days work from home*

Job Description

Customer Service Representatives will deliver superior customer service while maintaining a positive environment to elevate the overall customer experience. As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

  • Work with customers to assist with their request for information and issue resolution, quickly and accurately via telephone and/or email.
  • Develop and maintain a positive relationship between the customer and the company.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support in a fast-paced setting.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
  • Direct knowledge of using MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Web
  • SAP experience a plus
  • Able to multitask high volume of phone calls and emails.
  • Language-English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Great active listening skill
  • Able to meet departments metrics.

What Does a Customer Representative Do:

  • Treat every caller with respect.
  • Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
  • Provide customer assistance with stock checks, pricing, product inquiries as well as application look up.
  • Process, alter or cancel orders for products or services on behalf of your customers.
  • Provide status of existing orders.
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers by offering patient assistance and support.
  • Provide Customer follow up.
  • Ensure and provide quality service to customers as well as intra-company departments.
  • Able to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines.
  • Utilize internal data and web-based systems to resolve and or provide correct information to our customers.
  • Participate and provide expertise as a member of the customer service department team.
