Customer Service Representative

Looking for dedicated and detailed-oriented applicants for customer service/data entry position. Must have experience working in logistics; preferably warehouse or CFS experience. • Must be able to communicate clearly and strongly with customers, vendors, employees, and truckers. • Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, and Word). • Answer phone calls and respond to emails. • Strong data entry skills required. • Provide shipment updates & information on freight availability. • Upload photos, create tallies and document information into the system. • Provide warehouse staff with instructions for devanning and palletizing. • Create invoices and credit memos. • Process & assist with drivers' paperwork at pickup window. • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced & time-sensitive environment. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Bilingual speaker preferred. Spanish and/or Chinese speaker. • Perform other duties as assigned.
