Customer Service Representative
Job Description
Here is what a typical day on our team looks like:
- Log into the phone queue for coverage first thing in the morning
- Log in and check your emails
- Follow up on orders that are on hold and/or on prepaid terms
- Process credit card orders for prepaid customers
- Review and pull orders from a shared queue to ensure orders are entered and approved accurately
- Review the customer queue to either answer inquiries or route them to the appropriate internal team
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain communication
- Assist customers with placing their orders and entering the orders into the order entry system
- Coordinate with other internal departments to obtain information needed to accurately process customer orders and respond to customer inquiries
- Process RMA's and respond to return/warranty issues
- Verify all aspects of the items ordered including researching customer status as needed
- Exhibit professional and courteous telephone/email demeanor, accuracy, and adherence to Identiv company policies and practices
- Handle other tasks as assigned
Essential Functions:

Requirements
- Basic Math Skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to type 40 words per minute
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy while completing tasks

Your salary/compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience.
In the spirit of pay transparency, the hourly compensation rate for this position is $22 to $25 an hour.
