Customer Service Representative

Entry Level Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:Â
- The Entry Level Customer Service Representative will verify confidential customer information and qualify potential customers
- Maintain and update customer information accurately and in a timely mannerÂ
- Pay close attention to detail and actively listen to customer concerns to find the best possible solutionÂ
- Meet consumers directly and interact in a pleasant, positive, and professional manner at all timesÂ
- Execute events and coordinate with fellow team members on daily and weekly sales goalsÂ
- Collaborate with other Entry Level Customer Service Representatives, Enrollment Specialist, Sales Managers, and Marketing team members to come up with creative solutions to further educate community members on the benefits of our programÂ
- Stay updated on new products, service, and benefits we can offer potential new membersÂ
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Job Qualifications:Â
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, Volunteering or other related fieldÂ
- Passionate about making a difference and interacting with the communityÂ
- Team oriented with the ability to problem solve independently
- Driven to further one's career and make an impactÂ
