Your Part in It:
We are currently looking for dedicated logistics and warehouse professionals to provide operational support to our administration team in our Long Beach Office.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for coordinating orders between our valued clients and warehouse staff while putting customer's needs at the forefront. We'll teach you the skills necessary to operate in the warehouse industry by utilizing our Warehouse Management System. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can thrive at a company with rapid growth. The ideal candidate for this role will need to be committed to providing exceptional customer service with a team first mentality.
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
What the Job Entails:

• Create and maintain Strong Vendor Relationships
• Warehousing Operations including: Coordinating orders, scheduling carrier pickups, and communicating status of orders to our clients and staff
• Preparing required shipping documentation such as but not limited to: BOL, packing list, and shipping labels
• Effective and professional communication with clients, staff, and carriers
• Data Entry

What We Are Looking For:

• Previous logistics/warehousing experience in a 3PL environment preferred but not required, including knowledge/use in any WMS.
• Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook proficiency.
• Excellent organization, planning, documentation, and attention to detail
• High School Diploma
• Customer service experience
• Problem resolution skills and high level of multi-tasking skills are a must
• Possess professional phone mannerisms
• Outgoing personality; high energy; flexible
• Great attitude and desire to work hard while having fun

This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
Traffic Tech has implemented preventative measures and safety precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of all persons entering Traffic Tech facilities. For example, upon arrival masks are mandatory, employees are greeted by our in-house full-time health screeners, social distancing is maintained in all common areas (6ft/2m), hand sanitizer stations are strategically spaced out around the office, there is a restricted flow of traffic within the office to avoid interdepartmental spreads or outbreaks, and increased cleaning of all office spaces and warehouses.
