Requirements

As a Customer Service Representative, these will be some of your responsibilities:

• Handle multiple customer interactions through phone, email, and chat platforms simultaneously
• Address leads promptly across various communication platforms
• Provide accurate information about products or services
• Maintain customer records and documentation
• Actively listen to customers' concerns and find solutions to their needs
• Establishing and nurturing customer relationships
• More depending on the company you’re assigned to

Experience & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role is required
• Ability to effectively handle customer service enquiries on social media channels, email and other customer support apps such as Gorgias and more
• Familiarity with Google Suite applications
• Exceptional English level, both written and spoken is required
