Customer Service Representative
Job Description
REPORTS TO: Office Manager
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Answer the phones.
• Respond to all forms of service requests and inquiries.
• Enter service requests into Service Titan as they come in.
• Print Service Titan work orders for clients without email addresses and mail to customer
• Updating customer information in Service Titan as required
• Processing of credit card transactions
• Assist with bulk email blasts
• Cover dispatch when the dispatcher is at lunch or on vacation.
• Offer and sell PSAs
• Convert Google add word and other marketing calls to service calls.
• Assist with Dispatch on any needed tasks
• Mailing out of monthly residential maintenance agreement renewals
• Contacting customers for service agreement renewals, payments, etc.
• Any other duties asked by office personnel in order to keep the company running smoothly and efficiently
Qualifications:
• Service Titan Experience Preferred (but not required)
• Quick Learner
• Able to Multi-task
• Good listening skills
• Personable
• Shows initiative
• Dependability
• Physically capable of sitting in a desk chair for long hours.
Possible Saturday's based on rotating schedule (During Summer Months Only) 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
