Job Description

Customer Service Representatives will own remote support. To be successful in this role, you must have a bias for action, be solution-oriented and customer service obsessed.  We do expect this role to report directly to our Austin, TX HQ on a daily basis, at least to start. Customer Service Representatives are the “experts” in everything related to the robotic forklift remote support function.  They will provide Tier 1 support on any calls, emails or customer portal tickets before escalation to any of the Engineering, Support and Field Service teams. 

Job Qualifications:
  • 4 year degree or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Detail oriented and observant
  • Responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work independently with good judgment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends, if necessary
  • A willingness to take personal responsibility for problem solving
  • Professionalism and integrity to communicate and work with employees at all levels of the organization
  • High degree of personal integrity and a willingness to accept accountability
Nice to haves:
  • Jira ticket management system experience
  • Warehouse and/or robotic experience
  • Call center experience
  • Technical support experience
Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced remote support as tier 1 support before escalation to tier 2. 
  • Maintain and archive customer site data 
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager/Customer Success.
  • Ability to represent the company in a professional way at our current and future customer sites
  • Excellent face to face communication skills
  • Proficient understanding of robotic forklift’s capabilities and limitations
  • Familiar with common warehouse workflows, metrics and requirements
  • Troubleshooting common software and hardware issues
