Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Assist customers with product information, order placement
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow company policies and procedures for handling customer inquiries and complaints
