Job summary:
Customer Service Representatives are dynamic contributors who are responsible for handling customer calls, input and process orders, and provide accurate information about products, services, and delivery methods.
Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To
· Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
· Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
· Works closely with the credit department to resolve disputed credit items
· Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
· Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
Schedule:
5 days per week; must be open to working on holidays/weekends. May be expected to work 6 days a week. Shifts start at 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay to start at $18.00 per hr.
Qualifications:
· Prior customer service experience via phone/ call center, but willing to train the right person with a great attitude!
· Professional and courteous phone etiquette, a must
· Prefers AS400 experience, but willing to learn a phone system.
· Able to work flexible hours and days as required by the customer’s needs
· Ten key by touch
· Advanced MS Office Outlook and Excel working knowledge
· Spanish bilingual
· Produce knowledge a big plus
· Ability to pass a pre-employment physical and drug test
Supplemental Information
This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary the Department of Homeland Security with the information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.
