Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to handle inquiries efficiently, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Duties • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. • Provide support for client services, addressing questions and resolving issues effectively. • Process orders, manage data entry tasks, and maintain accurate customer records. • Conduct outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional information. • Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document interactions and generate reports as needed. • Handle cash transactions accurately and securely when required. • Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction and service quality. • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Skills • Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus. • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with customers. • Proficient computer skills, including data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to perform outbound calling with confidence and professionalism. • Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions. • Typing skills that enable efficient documentation of customer interactions.
