Trainworld®is a family business that has grown to become America's favorite discount toy train store, encompassing two retail store locations, complete mail order facilities and 50,000 square feet of warehouse space. We sell all different scales and manufacturers in the model toy train industry and are well known throughout the world. We are looking for personable customer service representatives to provide an exceptional experience for our loyal customers.
Customer Service Representative
• Maintaining and building excellent working relationships with our customers through email and on the phone.
• Delivering outstanding service in every interaction and leaving a lasting positive impression on all customers.
• Managing a busy workflow with professional and ambitious standards of quality.
• Act as a central point of contact for our clients with professional and friendly care via phone, and email.
• Empathize with all aspects of the customer experience and ensure customer happiness is always maintained.
• Work actively with the wider operations team to ensure that all transactions are completed efficiently and successfully for our customers.
• Proactively highlight and solve any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention.
• Identify creative ideas for new product features to improve the customer experience.
