Customer Service Representative

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to handle various inquiries efficiently. This is a customer facing role on site. Responsibilities • Respond to customer inquiries in person • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction. • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and account management. • Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records of customer interactions. • Engage in outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback or resolve issues. • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes. • Handle debit/credit transactions accurately when required. • Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures to provide effective support. Skills • Proficiency in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable. • Strong customer service skills. • Excellent communication skills. • Familiarity with apple products and general computer skills for data entry tasks. • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions effectively. • Experience in sales is a plus, enhancing the ability to upsell products or services as needed. • Typing proficiency for efficient documentation of customer interactions.
