Customer Service Representative
Seeking candidates for a customer service representative role in Dallas, TX. As a customer service representative, you will be the face and voice of our company, providing excellent service to customers in (is a plus).
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and emails from customers in a courteous and professional manner
• Address customer complaints, provide troubleshooting, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell products and services when appropriate
• Document all customer interactions using our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer service workflows and policies
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a customer service representative or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Proficiency with computers and various software programs
• High school degree; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
