Job Description

We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives who are professional, empathetic, and driven to make a difference. Whether you're assisting customers over the phone, through email, or via live chat, you'll be the face and voice of our brand. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Duties • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner. • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer’s concerns and determining the best solution. • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and systems. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback through data entry. • Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery. • Upsell products and services when appropriate to meet customer needs. • Assist in the training of new staff members on customer service protocols and best practices. • Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. Qualifications • Previous experience in client services or customer support is preferred. • Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail. • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude towards customers. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Join us in providing outstanding service that makes a difference!
