Experience • Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within a call center environment. • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele. • Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with CRM software is a plus. • A positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism.
