Customer Service Representative - Bilingual Bengali/English

Job Overview Special Touch Home Care is looking for a dedicated bilingualBengali/English Customer Service Representativeto join our team. In this role, you’ll assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with navigating the application and onboarding process for our services. Responsibilities • Assist consumers, personal assistants, and designated representatives with inquiries and support • Guide individuals through accurate registration and completion of applications • Provide updates on application status and help resolve any pending documentation issues • Respond to incoming calls and provide friendly, helpful service • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and documentation • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing and resolution of client needs Experience • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred. • Proficiency in using computerized systems for data entry and record management. • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers. • A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic office environment.
