Customer Service Representative (CSR)

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Responsibilities of Our Customer Service Representative (CSR): • Work cross-functionally with the sales team to support and finalize customer sales • Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and promotions • Guide customers through the purchasing process to ensure a smooth and positive sales experience, based on their individual preferences • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner • Assist with order processing, account setup, and sales recording in our CRM System • Maintain customer records and ensure accuracy of all sales-related information • Deliver exceptional customer service to build trust and encourage repeat business Customer Service Representative (CSR) Qualifications: • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; upper-level coursework or on-the-job experience is desired • Previous experience (1-2 years) in customer service, retail, or sales support preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must! • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively across departments, including the sales team and upper management Job Type: Full-time Pay: $825.00 - $975.00 per week Benefits: • Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
