About the Role
Entry-level position at a fast-paced logistics technology company. 12-hour shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off.
Work weeks will alternate between day shift and night shift. Attendance at occasional company events may also be required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Update driver and asset statuses daily
- Reach out to carrier admins when drivers are not responding
- Stay informed on job updates and send drivers critical job information
- Maintain constant oversight on drivers that are on priority jobs
- Monitor the Driver Management Team phone/email and respond to incoming messages
- Notify team leaders when negative patterns emerge
Requirements
Qualifications/Skills:
- Must be proficient and comfortable with spreadsheets (Google and Excel)
- Must be able to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish
- Must be able to put yourself in a customer service mindset; be polite and mindful when communicating
- Must be dutiful and self-motivated
Educational/Experience Requirements:
- High-School Diploma
- Customer Service or Logistics experience preferred, but not required
Compensation
- $19 per hour
- Typical work week is roughly 84 hours, 40 hours at normal rate, every hour after that is at overtime rate
- 12-hour shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off
- Work weeks will alternate between day shift and night shift
- Attendance at occasional company events may also be required.
