Customer Service Representative

What you'll do:

"Acting as a link between the company's business and the customer, handling all matters for the customer from order to delivery
Prepare quotations, order processing,customer backlog tracking,shipment arrangement,order document,assist AR collection "
"1.Prepare quotations according to the project information provided by sales, coordinate and communicate with all parts in a timely manner according to the progress of the project, revise the quotations, as well as Margin Accounting, and give timely quotation support to B Line sales.
2.According to the different needs of customers,complted the processing of orders from auditing,order entry,delivery and assisting financial collection
3.Communicate and confirm the delivery date with the factory SCM department in a timely manner after the order is placed, feedback to the customer, as far as possible to meet the customer's delivery needs, if there are special circumstances, you can intervene as early as possible to find a solution.

4.Preparation of documents required by the customer, such as certificates of conformity, certificates of origin, shipping information, various product certificates
5.Work with the Finance Department on collections
6. And other support required by the various department"

Qualifications:

College degree or above
3-5 years physical industry

Skills:

SAP,MS office
Japanese, English, Communication,cross-function cooperation and team work
